Famille Villa

It’s too early to talk about a changing of the guard chez Villa, but Pierre-Jean’s grown-up children, Pauline and Hugo, now work with him day to day. As well as helping out with the superb domaine wines, they produce a range of superb reds and whites from rented sites in some of the Northern Rhônes most illustrious appellations and unheralded Collines Rhodaniennes. The wines reveal a delicate touch and appreciation of terroir (as you’d expect) and but are at the more fruit-forward and approachable end of the spectrum.
