Will was raised in the village of Glasshouses in North Yorkshire. When he finished his A-Levels, Will went straight into hospitality, in 2008, with stints in management in coffee at Taylor St Baristas, cocktail bars at The Lucky Club, and restaurants at Daylesford Organics. In 2021, Will became Assistant General Manager of the gastropub The Farrier, before joining Flint in 2022. Will has completed the WSET Level 3 qualification and the French Wine Scholar Guild.
