Sam started Flint with Jason Haynes in 2006, helping to bring as yet to be discovered Burgundies to fine wine collectors in the UK. Sam studied philosophy at St. Andrews and met Jason in 1991 at Le Pont de la Tour. Sam now oversees the private client arm of Flint. He lives in East Sussex with his wife and three daughters.
