Katy joined Flint in 2023. She was previously Managing Director of fine wine merchant Lay & Wheeler from 2016. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a B.A. in French and Italian with a certificate in Environmental Studies from Princeton University, and studied D.O.P. cheese in Italy as a Fulbright Scholar. She lives in London with her husband and two daughters, and regularly spends time on her family’s organic farm in Pennsylvania, USA.
