Héloïse grew up in a small town in the southeast of France called Lorgues. She has a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sales, which she completed in France, before moving to the UK to work and learn English in 2009. Heloise first worked at 28-50 Group, becoming Assistant Restaurant Manager, and then joined Vinoteca, becoming Assistant General Manager until 2019 when she joined Flint. Heloise has completed the WSET Level 3 qualification. Héloïse and her husband live in southeast London.
