Francis is from Buckinghamshire. He spent his first ten years in the world of fine wine in retail, following which he spent nineteen years at O.W. Loeb, where he met Jason Haynes. Francis joined Flint in 2017 and sells to both the on and off trade throughout England and Scotland. He lives in Deal, Kent.
