Gearoid Devaney MS
Gearoid joined Sam and Jason in 2010 to bring Flint’s wines to top UK restaurants. His first sommelier job was in 1997 at London’s Capital Hotel, helping the restaurant earn its second Michelin star. He then moved to Paris to work at Pierre Gagnaire’s eponymous three Michelin-starred restaurant, before returning to London to open Tom Aikens. Gearoid became a Master Sommelier in 2009. He is also a co-founder and director of Cabotte, the Burgundy-focussed restaurant in the City, and teaches and examines courses both in the UK and in Asia for the Court of Master Sommeliers. Gearoid lives in London with his wife and three children.
